This BSI ISO 9001:2015 lead implementer training course is ideal for anyone new to ISO 9001 who needs to take the lead on implementing a management system.

Packed with practical activities, group discussion and classroom learning, this BSI ISO 9001:2015 lead Implementer training demonstrates why a quality management system (QMS) is so important. You will cover key concepts, principles, and requirements of ISO 9001. You’ll learn how to recognize a typical framework for implementing ISO 9001:2015 following the plan, do, check, act cycle for continuous improvement.

This step on your learning journey with BSI also covers the soft skills needed to implement a QMS effectively. You will gain awareness of management tools and techniques from problem-solving and motivation to leadership and delegation. You will learn how to carry out a gap assessment for your organization and the best practice for leading an implementation project successfully.

The course is available in a face-to-face classroom over five days or as live, online training over four days.
