**Note: MINITABTM software will be the official software used during the training.
What is included?
On completion of Lean Sigma Green Belt Training, with a minimum attendance of 90% per phase, you will receive an internationally recognized BSI certificate of attendance.
To be awarded with the Lean Sigma Green Belt Training Certificate (Certificate of Attendance), the Participant shall complete the Green Belt classroom training with a minimum attendance of 80% per phase.
In addition to the above attendance requirement, to be awarded with the Certified Lean Sigma Green Belt Certificate (Certificate of Successful Completion), the Candidate shall need to pass the exams at the end of each training phase with a minimum rating of 70% and to demonstrate the ability in applying the Lean Sigma methodology through:
- Completion of 1 (one) Lean Sigma Green Belt project;
- Completion of final report of the said project and reviewed by BSI’s panel of assessors;
- Project savings/ benefits of Php 250,000 annualised was achieved, validated, and endorsed by the Finance/ Senior Management of the Candidate’s organisation, as real gains; and
- Each Green Belt Candidate shall be given a validity of 6 to 8 months from last day of classroom training, to complete the Lean Sigma project.
