The quality of people is very much correlated with the results that we gained through our work delivery and collaborations. Competencies are very relevant in the assurance to good work performance. Simply sending a person to training does not assure that the person will learn and apply the knowledge, nor does it assure that it will develop the competencies that you intend to have for your people. The quality of training directly impacts human resource and then business performance.
This course intends to equip managers and HR professionals with the confidence and ability to develop their competency frameworks to meet a host of organizational activities including training needs analysis, developing a competency-based training, training evaluation, and performance management.
The class is delivered through lectures and workshops that intends to identify developmental needs from the framework of a set of targeted competencies. Activities and samples are provided to accelerate application and later your customization to organization system needs.
