    Certification to the globally recognized quality management standard laid the foundation for performance-driven standardization and continuous improvement in excellence

    Yazaki EMEA implemented a new Enterprise Operating System (EOS) in alignment with the expectations set in the international automotive standard, IATF 16949.

    We partnered with Yazaki EMEA to identify a revised method for more efficient certification maintenance.

    This included integrating head office process leadership and remote support functions in one BSI audit. It not only streamlined the certification process but also ensured a consistent standard across all sites.

    The result was a more cohesive and efficient quality management system, reinforcing Yazaki EMEA’s commitment to continuous improvement.
